Thank you for ordering a pre-recorded video message from Tall Santa.

Santa will review your order and email you an invoice with a link for payment (we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo). Once payment is received, Santa will record your video message and return it to you via email within 3-5 days.

You are allowed one round of edits to the video, but the hope is that you have provided Tall Santa with all the information he needs in advance to produce a wonderful holiday memory. Contact Santa via email with any questions.
